Here are our NFL betting tips for Week 7. There is a bet builder, two match winners, two over/under picks and three player props, all priced at QuinnBet. The Steelers and Saints meet in Paris on Sunday afternoon UK time, so there is a full afternoon and evening of American football before the Chiefs visit Seattle overnight. Results are settled every Monday in the table at the bottom, and you can compare prices at the best betting sites we recommend.

Bet Builder of the Week: Steelers v Saints
The first regular season game in France looks like a run game mismatch, so our bet builder leans on Pittsburgh’s ground attack. All three legs are available at QuinnBet.

Why these three legs
The Steelers are 4-2 and fifth in rushing efficiency, with Jaylen Warren averaging 5.5 yards a carry on 460 rushing yards so far. The Saints are 2-4 and last in the league against the run, giving up 4.8 yards a carry, and they have lost all five games in which they allowed more than five yards per rush. Pittsburgh’s top-ten defence and a ground-heavy game plan should keep the clock moving, so the under on 44.5 points fits with the win. T.J. Watt is questionable with a calf problem, so check the final injury report before you build it.
Best Bets: Match Winners
We have two outright winners at odds against, one in the 5pm slot and one in the overnight game.
Bengals to win at Baltimore, 5:00pm
The Ravens are favourites by a field goal at home, but Lamar Jackson was limited in practice all week and this divisional rivalry rarely goes to script. The total sits at 51.5, so both offences are expected to score. At 11/8 the Bengals are a fair price to win outright, and we prefer that to taking the 2.5 points.

Chiefs to win in Seattle, 12:20am Monday
The unbeaten Chiefs are underdogs for Sunday Night Football, which does not happen often. Kansas City leads the league in net yards per play and is the only team in the top five for both offensive and defensive efficiency. Kenneth Walker III returns to Seattle with 665 rushing yards and six touchdowns in five games since leaving. The Seahawks have lost three of their last four and Sam Darnold has struggled, so 11/10 about the better team looks the value.

Over/Under Picks
Total points markets are the simplest NFL bet for a UK punter because you only need to judge how the game will be played. We have one over and one under this week.
Over 53.5 points in Packers v Lions, 8:25pm
Detroit games are averaging a league-high 62.4 combined points. The Lions score 32.8 a game, second in the NFL, and concede 29.6, which is 30th. Their defence also allows the most passing points per game in the league, and Jordan Love threw four touchdowns in this fixture last season. Green Bay’s defence has tightened up over the last three weeks, so this is the riskiest pick of the week, but the line still looks beatable.

Under 42.5 points in Chiefs v Seahawks, 12:20am Monday
This pairs with our Chiefs pick above. Seattle rank second in the league for both pressure rate and efficiency allowed, and Kansas City’s defence has been just as stingy. Both offences are methodical and eat clock, the under has landed in three of the Chiefs’ last five, and the Chiefs are expected to lean on Walker and the run game. A 20-17 type of game suits this line.

Player Props
We have picked three anytime touchdown scorers for Week 7, from a short-priced banker to an outsider.
| Player | Market | Game | Odds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Jahmyr Gibbs (Lions) | Anytime touchdown | Packers @ Lions | 3/10 |
| Jaylen Warren (Steelers) | Anytime touchdown | Steelers v Saints | 5/7 |
| Chris Olave (Saints) | Anytime touchdown | Steelers v Saints | 6/4 |
Jahmyr Gibbs anytime touchdown, 3/10
Jahmyr Gibbs has nine touchdowns in five games this season, seven of them on the ground, and Detroit score 32.8 points a game, more than every team bar one. The Lions give him the ball close to the goal line, and 16 of the 20 scoring plays Green Bay have conceded this season have been touchdowns instead of field goals. There is no value in him as a single at 3/10, so use him as a leg in an accumulator with the other two.
Jaylen Warren anytime touchdown, 5/7
Jaylen Warren has 460 rushing yards and 258 receiving yards this season at 5.5 yards a carry, and he faces a Saints defence that is last in the league against the run, giving up 4.8 yards a carry. New Orleans could also be without linebacker Kaden Elliss, who has a calf injury. Rico Dowdle shares the carries and that keeps the price honest, but Warren is also the back Pittsburgh throw to, so 5/7 for him to score at some point in the game is a fair price.
Chris Olave anytime touchdown, 6/4
Chris Olave is the Saints’ main receiver and Tyler Shough has gone over his passing yards line in 11 of his last 15 games, so New Orleans are throwing plenty. If they fall behind to the Steelers’ run game, as we expect, the passing volume goes up again. Olave has beaten his receptions line in six of his last seven home games and the Saints are the designated home team in Paris, so 6/4 for him to find the end zone is the outsider of the three.
