Competition: The Premier League

Swansea have a new head coach and his name is Francesco Guidolin. He watched the team’s last game against Watford when The Swans won 1-0 at The Liberty Stadium and now the Italian manager will lead the team for the first time since joining the Welsh team. So, Guidolin will be extremely motivated for the start of his new job.

In the match against Watford, The Swans won their first Premier League victory since 26th December 2015 when they beat West Brom 1-0 . Their performance wasn’t quite persuasive, but they were lucky not to concede a goal in their net. Ashley Williams scored the only goal of the game in the first half and that was enough for The Swans to take the three points.

Everton finished with a 3-3 draw against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the last Premier League round. Even though, The Toffees took the lead on two occasions in the match, they couldn’t leave with the three points. They’ll be unhappy with the referee’s decision not to disallow Terry’s equalizer in the last minute of the added time. However, Roberto Martinez can be happy with the performance his players showed against The Londoners.
